This does not apply to client deliverables. Code, documentation, credentials and infrastructure we build under contract are the client's from day one — it is one of the three commitments we put in writing.
The site may link to third-party pages and services. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. Read their terms before handing over any data.
We work to keep this site available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, provider failures or events beyond our control may interrupt it.
The 99.9% availability figure quoted on the site refers to the environments we operate for clients under a support contract with a defined SLA — not to this marketing website.
To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, NORTHGATE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from decisions taken solely on the basis of content published on this site.
Our liability towards clients is defined in the applicable service agreement, and nothing on this page reduces rights granted by the Consumer Protection Code where it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of the District of Cascavel, State of Paraná, to settle any dispute arising from them, waiving any other however privileged, except where the law requires a different venue.
